Action Uganda Ministries

We are a Gospel Ministry reaching Uganda and other African countries with the Good News of salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mission Africa

Action Uganda

Through the years Jesus our Lord and Savior has led us into various ministries of compassion and mercy. We have taken the gospel to prisoners, missions, the sick, the homeless, and to churches. We have presented the gospel in various ways. This has included church planting, children’s ministry, preaching, teaching, music, one-on-one friendships, food distribution, and leadership training. The Lord planted a desire in our hearts for overseas ministry. Our desire has increased and we see God's call clearly now to serve Him in Africa as career missionaries to the urban poor. Jesus has given us a love for Africans and a zeal to see souls saved and served in Africa. We believe the Lord has called us to serve in the country of Uganda and other African nations. The need for ministry to the peoples of these countries is urgent. Matthew 25 and Isaiah 58 compel us. Our vision to reach the Africans is through ministry to street children, to the AIDS afflicted, to prisoners and to orphans. We are preaching the gospel as well as caring for their physical needs. We are training national church leaders and planting churches. We are also developing care ministries for the poor. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.

What is Online Missions and why does it

matter?

The new mission field is in your home. The Internet has redefined economies and created new

rules. Likely your church has a program to bring children to Christ and disciple them through

the church. But how are you reaching the people in your community and the world that don’t

go to church, may have never been to church and haven’t heard of your church in particular?

Jesus said, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto

all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14)

Preaching the gospel to “all the world” has historically been viewed as one person being in

front of another person or perhaps a group. But we are fast approaching an entirely new world

where preaching to all the world has become an electronic reality. Every desktop, cellphone,

iPad, etc, will enable the gospel to be available to the entire world, just as Jesus said it would

be. It is easy to think that online evangelism, done in the safety of the home or office, is not

‘real’ evangelism. But anyone sharing the Gospel online has a very vital and real ministry.

Every day millions of people each day do a search on the Internet for a spiritual term. People

are seeking answers. And millions more are open to hearing the gospel message. The focus of

online missions is to effectively reach the diverse range of Internet users.

GMO needs tens of thousands of Online Missionaries (OMs) to respond to those asking for

help.

Calvary Chapel Scott Valley

Jim and Kim Beane

The vision for a Calvary Chapel in Scott Valley comes from a strong desire to see believers built up in Jesus Christ, built up in the Word of God to not just hear the Bible, but to be followers of Christ and obedient doers of His Word.  When people know Gods word, lives are transformed and believers are equipped to serve others in love. Calvary Scott Valley has been meeting since June 2012 as a home fellowship and starting the winter of 2015-16 began meeting as a church in Quartz Valley, in Fort Jones, California.  If your in the Fort Jones area join them Sundays at 10AM at the Quartz Valley School. Visit them sometime! www.calvaryscottvalley.org
